http://www.librarything.com/work/13916138/summary                                                                                Synopsis-After the bizarre suicide of her sister, Lilith Pierce discovered that the world was full of dangers and villains she could not have imagined, and that the history of human civilization was far from complete. Now, gifted with tremendous powers she barely understands, Lilith is determined to stop whatever plots and schemes her immortal cousins, the Sangha, can hatch. When a simple reconnaissance mission ends in tragedy; however, Lilith’s entire focus changes.
****Review****I had a hard time catching up with this story, My only problem with this book was that I had not read the first in the series. I felt lost and didn't understand what went on a lot of the time. I did like the writing style and the fact that the characters were enjoyable (especially Lilith she was comical/crazy).Maybe a brief synopsis of the previous book would help on that front.

Middle Damned Review

Life after death was not all they expected for Blake Stillwater and his family. Some went to live in the light. Another went into darkness. Blake fights for survival against the forces of evil, somewhere between, in the Realm of the Middle Damned. At this crossroads, which connect the dimensions of the Living World and the hereafter, failure is a one-way ticket to everlasting torment in the lake of fire.******I Absolutely enjoyed this book. It kept my attention completely as it was so entertaining. This author has a great sense of humor. The plot was wonderful as well as unique. Not something you come across often, and that's a good thing. I loved every twist and turn the story takes, kept me on the edge of my seat. A completely enjoyable read and i will be  recommending to my friends.******

Elysian Fields(Sentinels Of New Orleans 3) Review

*I received a review copy of this book from Suzanne Johnson via Netgalley in return for an honest review. This was my first time reading a book by this author, and it was "Amazing". This was the third book in this series and I felt as if i hadn't missed a thing by not reading the first two books. I love when an author can take you from one book to the next seamlessly. Terrific plot and well developed characters, a must read in my opinion. I also loved the author's take on New Orleans, very descriptive and colorful, made me feel like i was right there along side the characters. Planning on purchasing the first two books immediately.
